Livingstone is a renowned commercial litigator incourtsof lawin Rwanda. He has successfully represented a range of clients including several banks, insurance companies and other corporate entities in some high value, complex and challenging cases.

He is a practitioner in the area of business law with main interest in Insolvency, Banking, Insurance, Contracts as well as Labour.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Rwanda, a Diploma in Legal Practice and a certificate in Corporate and Insolvency both from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

Beforejoining CM Advocates, he worked as a principal litigation attorney at a leading law firm in Rwanda. Prior to that, Livingstone worked with theNational Human Rights Commissionand National Public Prosecution Authority in Rwanda.

He is a member of Rwanda Bar Association and East African Law Society.

He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda andfluent in English.
